The family members of Uyyalawada Narasimha reddy the hero of Syeraa have filed a case in Jubilee Hills police station. They are demanding that the producer Charan should pay them Rs 2 crore each and that amounts to around Rs 50 crore.
They are claiming that the Prodcer Charan and hero Chiranjeevi have promised amount fr using the story of Uyyalawada. They are claiming that the film unit has shot some portions of the movie in the village and that some of their crops were damaged in the process.
They want compensation for the crops and also the story that they have narrated to the unit of Syeraa Narasimha Reddy.
The case is pending in the Jubileehills police station and we have to see how far it goes. It is reported that Charan has praised compensation for the crop damage and would not be paying the amount for the story that he has promised earlier.
Some unit wallas say that it could be a ploy of publicity and it is going to end soon after the release of the movie. It is very clear that Charan may not pay them the 50 crore that they are demanding.
