While there are surveys showing that the BJP in Telangana might improve its tally from 5 to 7, some key candidates are worried. The real assessment in some constituencies says that the BJP candidates are in the third position. The allegations of TRS and BJP backdoor arrangement is no true. The TRS fielding weak candidates against the BJP is also not correct.

For example, the BJP President Dr Laxman could be in a second or third position in Musheeerabad it is assessed. This is only an assessment our President is winning in Musheerabad some leaders said. Kishan Reddy the BJP candidate from Amberpet is safe and hopeful of winning. Baddam Bal Reddy the candidate from Rajendrangar is neck to neck with MIM. But the TRS candidate Prakash Goud has also done well here and is hopeful of winning.

Rajasingh the BJP candidate from Maharaj Gung has also not done well and PremSingh Rathod the TRS candidate has done well here with the MIM support. Hyderabad has recorded only 50 per cent of the polling in the city and that is worrying the BJP.

In Uppal NVSS Prabhakar is pushed to the third place by the Kutami candidate Veerendar the son of former Home Minister Devendra Goud. It is a triangular fight here. The TRS says BJP will be limited to 2 seats. Surveys say 4-7 and Ladapati also says 5 to 7 for the BJP. Except one or two, all other contestants from BJP are not that confident. There is a chance that the BJP could get 2 seats from other districts. One from Klavakuthy and the other from Nizamabad.
