Raksha Bandhan or Rakhee pournami along with Independence day is being celebrated on 15nth here in Telugu states. Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao will e hoisting the flag here at the Golkonda fort while KCR the working president of the TRS would be hoisting the National flag here at the party office at around 8 am.
Governor Narasimhan is celebrating the Raksha Bandhan here at Rajbhavan.
Brahmakumaris have already tied rakhi to KTR here at his Banjarahills house. Kavitha the former MP will be tying Rakhi to KTR and MP Santosh Kumar. KCR’s sister is expected to come to Pragathi Bhavan for tying the Rakhi. Some lady lawmakers are also expected to tie the Rakhi to KCR here in Hyderabad.
Telangana is already decked up for the Independence day celebrations and the ladies are ready for the Rakhi Purnima. The Sweet shops are busy with customers selling sweets for the Rakhi event.
Both Rakhi and Sweets have become costly this year. The politicians have to divide time between Rakhee and flag hoisting on 15nth. The Rakhi is very popular in Telangana when compared to Andhra Pradesh. Indira Stadium is getting ready in AP for Independence day celebrations.
Jagan will be hoisting the flag for the first time in the state for the Independence day.
