Rahul Gandhi the Congress President used Sholay the blockbuster movie against Prime Minister Modi and Ambani for describing the friendship in corruption.
He was making a point on the Rafale deal and remembered the song Ye Doosthi hum nahi Thodengde between Amitabh and Dharmendra. He said this dosthi between Anil and Modi is like that he opined. Rahul alleged that Modi sacrificed the public money of around Rs 30000 crore for the sake of Bailing out Anil Ambani.
Rahul also uploaded a video of Modi and Anil which is for seven seconds. The song was played in the background of the video. Rahul has been highlighting the issue of Rafales for a long time but there was no impact of whatsoever on the public. Modi signed another deal with Russia meanwhile in the defence sector.
Defence minister Nirmala Seetharaman also visited France in between, while the Congress alleged that it was for the sake of coverup.
