Perhaps Rahul Gandhi is also responsible for the low-quality debates in the parliament. It was unbecoming on his part to say like this. Rahul must know that he was warned by the Speaker for his childish behaviour and was also called by Venkiah Naidu the then Minister and the present Vice President as Pappu for making some inappropriate remarks.

After making allegations left and right against Prime Minister Modi, Rahul went all the way to the PMs seat in the parliament and hugged him like a child. Rahul also said that he loves the PM and that he has nothing against him.

Speaker Sumitra said that it was not right on the part of Rahul, as Modi was the Prime Minister of the country and one cannot take such liberties.

As an Indian parliamentarian and as a leader of the Congress party he should not talk ill of the debates in the parliament. If they are of low quality, then Rahul is also responsible for the same as he was the main speaker during the No confidence motion against the Government and attack on Modi.

If he thinks he alone can speak or make some quality speeches he is completely wrong. As an Indian, he should first protect the interest of our parliament. He must hold his tongue and think twice before he makes certain negative remarks against India and also about the parliament and the parliamentarians.

Rahul is also equally responsible for not having quality debates. He makes sweeping allegations against the Government in the name of corruption and he is going to court for the same in various cases.
