It looks like Chandrababu has no other option but to vacate the house that he is using in Andhra Pradesh on the banks of Krishna river. With th court saying that Praja Vedika is an illegal construction. It has been demolished overnight.
Then comes the house that the Chandrababu has been staying as the Chief Minister and also now as the ex-chief Minister. There is no way that Chandrababu will continue in the house.
The YSRC government will demolish this structure and other structures that are on the border of river Krishna.
The petition was heard overnight by the court and the AG explained and convinced the court that it was an illegal construction. The petitioner also agreed that it was, in fact, an illegal construction. The court said that it cannot give a stay for illegal construction and that there was no question of stopping the demolition.
Notices were served about 60construcctions on eh banks of Krishna rivers in January this year. But so one responded to the notices. Now there is a chance that the Government might demolish all these illegal constructions which were done on the banks of the Krishna river.
Meanwhile, Chandrababu has returned to Hyderabad after the vacation. It has to be seen if he would go for a new house in Andhra Pradesh or shuttle between Hyderabad and Vijayawada for attending the Assembly sessions.
