No greetings between Jagan and Babu

Jagan and Babu

The TDP lost miserably in the recent elections in Andhra Pradesh. Jagan has won with a big majority. They came to the Assembly session for the first time. Jagan was sitting in the earlier CMs position. But Chandrababu has not taken the seat of Jagan. He took a different seat. But with all grace, Jagan should have walked to the leader of the opposition and greeted him as the leader of the house. Jagan did not bother to do that.. He talked and heckled about the 23 seats that god gave to the TDP.

But being a senior Chandrababu should have gone to the CM and congratulated him. But Babu also ignored the new CM. Both tried to counter each other and did not bother to greet each other. However, Roja and Kodali Nani with all the grace walked to the former CM and greeted him. It was a very good gesture on their part. Babu also reciprocated wiht all dignity.

It would be wise for both Babu and also Jagan to forget about the majority and elections now. They must strive to discuss the development of Andhra Pradesh and Amaravathi in particular. They must find out ways and means to get funds for the development of the state. The very first day they could not tolerate each and tried to counter each other. This goes against the culture of the Assembly and politics. Winning and losing is part of the political game and people are important here.
