Lakhs of saplings and plantations have taken place on just one day in the name of CM K Chandrasekhar Rao birthday. Even big Government programs and targets could not make such a difference in the state of Telang.
It may be noted that KTR the Working President of the TRS has given a call that people should not waste money on cakes and hoardings and instead must plant saplings across the state for the greenery.
There is no proper estimate but lakhs of plants and saplings have been planted by the people and party cadres apart from the Minsters in person. Some organisations like Metro Rail also planted trees in a big way.
The response was tremendous and this must continue said some ministers. CM KCR was also overwhelmed that the saplings have been planed across the state by various sections of people.
KTRs son and the grandson of KCR Himanshu also participated in several programs for KCR’s birthday.
KTR also planted a sapling, and later in the evening, he was otherwise busy with the Bio-Asia Program. Right from the President of India to a common man all of them wishes KCR a long life.
