We live in a large democracy which feels safe today, primarily because of the men in uniform said K Taraka Rama Rao the working president of the TRS. KTR gave Rs 25 lakhs from his personal funds and another 25 lakhs from his friends for the sake of helping the families of Jawans who died in the terrorist attack.I extend my heartfelt condolences, Indians will never forget the martyrs’ sacrifices he said. They will continue to remain in our hearts and prayers for them KTR stated.
He also prayed for the speedy recovery of all the other CRPF Jawans who were injured in the incident.
KTR handed over two cheques of Rs 25 lakh each to the Inspector General of police CRPF, HP Raju of CRPF Southern Sector. KTR said that he was visiting the CRPF Headquarters as a responsible citizen of the nation.
In the morning KTR planted saplings at the Camp office on the eve of his father and the Telangana CM KCR birthday along with his family members.
He said that KCR was a daredevil who fought for the achievement of the statehood to Telangana. It may be noted that KTR earlier has advised the leaders and the party cadre not to celebrate the birthday of KCR because of the terror attack on the CRPF Jawans at Pulwama where 49 Jawans died in the bomb blast. KTR also advised the leaders not to spend and waste money on the hoardings and other material. Instead, plant saplings across teh state for spreading greenery.
