Following the centre, K Chandrasekhar Rao the Telangana CM said that in tune with the centre the state Government will also go for an interim budget and that could be for 6 months time. But who is going to present the Budget is the big question.

If the Cabinet expansion takes place on 7nth as being rumoured, then the Finance Minister will present the budget. If the status quo continues there is a chance that the Chief Minister KCR might present the budget in the third week of February. It will be an interim budget and later the full-fledged budget can be presented by the coming Finance Minister after cabinet expansion.

There is a talk that some ministers could be inducted before the budget session of the Assembly and later further expansion will take place once the Parliament elections are over. But all said and one the Interim budget should be presented for the smooth functioning of the Government.
