After losing the election as MP from Nizamabad, Kavitha is maintaining a low profile. The other day for Karthika Pournami she was seen worshipping Lord Shiva.
She has worshipped the Neeakanteshwara Swamy in Nizamabad with her relatives. Shiva is the father of Lord Ganapathy and is supposed to remove all the obstacles.

She is very popular with Bathukamma and does Bathukamma on her own. Kavitha said that the people do fasting and lit diyas for karthika Pournami.
