Karan Johar the big producer and director from Dharma productions purchased the remake rights of Dear Comrade the movie of Vijaya Devarakonda for a sum of Rs 6 crore. The amount of Rs 6 crore is just like peanuts for Karan and Bollywood. The Hindi market is very big and it can be recovered just in a single day.

But Karan liked the movie and the storyline it is reported. In one sitting he closed the deal at Rs 6 crore. He might add some Hindi nativity to the Dear comrade. earlier the same movie was released in 4 languages but it is doing average business and not a big hit.

The movie has Rashmika Mandana who has given a rs 100 crore hit with Vijay for Allu Aravind. Parasuram was the director of Geeta Govindam.

Now Karan is yet to make a final decision on Dear Comrade it is reported. We do not know who would direct the movie in Hindi.

Karan has purchased the movie even it was released. Now that there is a mixed reaction for the movie in all the languages, Karan Johar has to be cautious in making and releasing the movie. Some changes have to made and the nativity has to be added.

It looks like Vijay who has got an average hit now with Comrade needs some course correction for his future movies. He should not depend on romantic movies all the time.
