Is Jagan losing the grip over Governance?

It is almost 6 months time that Jaganmohan Reddy has been ruling the state of Andhra Pradesh. Governance is going on in a defensive fashion. Jagan is not assertive. The CM has to duck for every ball that is being bowled by the Opposition.

The Chief Minister himself is providing one issue or other to the opposition from time to time. If the GOs are coming out even without the approval of CM, then who is responsible for this is the question.

The other day former President of India Abdul Kalamas name was removed and YSRs name was put to the awards. The Government has drawn flak and the CM has to withdraw that controversial GO.

It was a big mistake to replace the name of Kalam with YSR. It could be the mistake of the Chief Minister or the mistake of his advisors. Sending away the CS to a loop line unceremoniously is also another costly mistake done by Jagan.

We do not know what happens to Goutam Anna the DGP Next. CS LV Subrahmanyam was also anna to Jagan, but he was shunted out and now he is on leave. LV did not take the new posting.

The sand policy was also a big disaster. This clearly indicates that Jagan is having a set of useless advisors at the helm of affairs or Jagan is giving orders without any experience. Finally, the king will be blamed for the misrule.

Let’s hope Jagan will do some course correction in the process.
