Devendra Fadnavis the CM of Maharashtra has resigned. The resignation will be tendered to the Governor. It’s clear that there are no numbers with the BJP. Fadnavis has no numbers with him and that is the reason he was forced to resign.
We got a full mandate from the Public along with Sena. Sena was not offered the CM post. BJP was threatened by Sena for the Post. They did not discuss or bargain with us. Today are begging Sena and NCP for the CM post.
Governor Invited us, but since was not with us, we said no. To respect the mandate we tried to form the Government. Then the President rule was imposed.
Ajit Pawar came forward and he gave us the letter of support and then we claimed to power with the Government. Ajit resigned as we dont have the numbers.
On the other hand, the floor test to prove the majority by the BJP Government is fixed for 27nth at 5 Pm. The proceedings will be live.
The court yesterday has reserved the verdict on the Maharashtra politics. it was like giving one more day to the BJP. Congress called it the murder of democracy.
The NCP, Congress and Sena claimed that they have the affidavits of the 154 MLAs and they must get the opportunity to form the Government. The judgement will be pronounced at 10.30 tomorrow. Protem speaker will be appointed to oversee the floor test.
