The AP High court has ordered for a CBI probe into the case of Sudhakar who was allegedly beaten up by the police and later arrested by them.
The doctor by name Sudhakar potested on the attitude of tC YSRC Government and stated that he cannot work in the hospitals as they were not provided with the masks.
He said that the makes to be given by the Government to the doctors were not provided and that was the reason he has come out of the hospital. He was also taking treatment for his mental health.
later he protested not he road and was brutally beaten by the police and later arrested. A PIL was filed by a railway employee for the sake of the doctor and the court took up the case. The court after arguments said that the case must be proved by the CBI and has given two month time for the same.
The local police will be kept aside and the CBI will be investigating the case.
