The Congress MLCs have met the council chairman and urged him to merge them into the TRS. MLCs Akula Lalitha, Damodar Reddy, Prabhakar, Santosh Kumar met the Chairman Swamy Goud and requested him to merge them with the MLCs of the TRS. They were merged.
They said that the people are with KCR and they want to be with KCR. The complained that the Congress leadership has insulted them in many ways and they do not want to continue in the Congress.
If the 4 members join the TRS, then only 2 members will be left in the Congress they are Shabbir Ali, Ponguleti Sudhakar Reddy. The term of these two members will end soon.
Then there will be no MLCs for the Congress, and they may not get any new in the future as they dont have numbers.
