BJP leader Bhanu Prakash Reddy is all set to the go to the court of law against the newly constituted TTD board. He would file a case against the YSRC Government for appointing a Jumbo board with so many members.
Addressing a media conference Bhanu said that the members must have some religious background. He said that it is like adding rail bogies the members are being added to board Bhanu said.
Bhanu was earlier a board member in the TDP Government. This is the first time that so many members were appointed to the TTD board. In this very few of them have a religious background and most of them are politicians and also businessmen.
Jupally Rameshwar Rao associated with Jeeya Swamy has a good religious background and suits the post given by the YSRC Government. it was recommended by KCR the Telangana CM.
Bhanu charged that TTD has become a rehabilitation centre for the Politicians. He opined that credible people with good religious bent of mind should have been appointed for the TTD board.
But the TTD Chairman SV Subba Reddy said that there was nothing wrong in increasing the members to the Board. He said that Shekar Reddy the member has been cleared of all the court cases.
He said that it was not right for some people to create issues and make allegations on the members of the TTD board. The Government has examined all the angles before nominating them he said.
