Bhindi (Okra) water for Diabetes

Bhendi or Okra has got a lot of fibre and it has got the medicinal properties to reduce blood sugar a latest medical report and research says. Using Bhendi water on a daily basis will reduce blood sugar.

1. Take five medium-sized bhindis and wash them thoroughly.

2. Cut the bhindis ends and split them into two vertically.

3. Take a tumbler with 4 cups of water and soak the bhindis overnight.

4. Add some turmeric to the water with Bhindis.

5. Squeeze the bhindis in the water and separate the water.
