People say eggs are good at any point of time in a day and they contain proteins. The eggs can stop your craving for hunger. But some people don’t like eggs and they still need protein for good health.
Chicken is the best alternative for giving protein to the body. A half cup of cooked chicken meat has 22 grams of protein. So in place of eggs, one can include some pieces of cooked chicken or chicken curry with roti for breakfast or for dinner.
