Job Description :Answers inbound calls related to Mortgage Process from US based BFS providers
Completes required documentation as per guidelines.
Shares Best Practices and process improvement ideas.
Provide L1 Voice Support.
Handling user call validation process, and to ensure the client satisfaction as well as user fulfillment.
Customer interaction, trouble shooting, queries handling.
Must have experience in international voice process.
Desired Skills: Excellent Communication/ Listening skills.
Must have good English narration skills.
Good to have healthcare domain/ Voice process experience
0-9 Months of relevant experience
Good to have analytical, presentation & communication skill
Should be a self-starter
Good interpersonal skills
Excellent client management skills
Willingness to work in permanent night shift
