The High Court of AP has rejected the resignation of the Judge Ravinder Reddy. He was the judge who acquitted the accused in the Mecca Masjid blast case of 2007 which happened in Hyderabad.
The judge opined that the NIA failed to prove the case and give the required evidence.
The High Court has suggested that Judge Ravinder must attend to the duties immediately and his leave would not be entertained.
In his judgement the Judge acquitted all the five accused in the Mecca Masjid case and soon after that, he resigned for his post.
But Ravinder Reddy the judge cited personal reasons for his resignation and said that it has got nothing to do with the judgement that he has delivered.
